furthermore Cuvleha is preoccupied. Trip-
teridae is a senior synonym of Cuvierininae.
However, the name Triptera has not been
used since 1887, whereas Cuvleria /Cuvierina
has been and still is in general use. We
here declare Tripteridae a nomen oblitum
under Art. 23.9, and Cuvierininae (see that
name) a nomen protectum.
