Remarks: Established as a suborder contain-
ing the family Haliotidae, itself containing the
genera Haliotis, Stomatella, and Stomatia.
Haliotoidei again declared new suborder by
Golikov&Starobogatov(1989: 71), containing
Raphischismatidae, Kittldiscidae, Tem-
notropididae, and Haliotidae.
