Sometimes, only m<strong>in</strong>or attention was given to food and d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g by limit<strong>in</strong>g the<br />
<strong>in</strong>formation provided to only the name <strong>of</strong> the restaurant and the open<strong>in</strong>g hours <strong>of</strong> the<br />
restaurant. For example the only mention <strong>of</strong> food <strong>in</strong> a brochure reads: “24 hour <strong>in</strong>-villa<br />
d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g with a variety <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>ternational cuis<strong>in</strong>e to choose from”.<br />
Some <strong>of</strong> the websites l<strong>in</strong>ked to <strong>in</strong>formation on d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g together with accommodation or<br />
hotel facilities (Figure 5.8) while some did not have any <strong>in</strong>formation or l<strong>in</strong>k to food or<br />
d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g as the example <strong>in</strong> Figure 5.9.<br />

Of the 18 websites that were analysed, 10 did not have a separate section focused on<br />
food and d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g. <strong>The</strong>se websites had fewer images and less descriptive <strong>in</strong>formation<br />
about food, restaurants and d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g experiences. <strong>The</strong>se websites <strong>of</strong>ten only listed the<br />
name <strong>of</strong> the restaurant or bar and open<strong>in</strong>g hours with very little <strong>in</strong>formation provided<br />
about food (see Figure 5.9). A typical example <strong>of</strong> such <strong>in</strong>formation is: “<strong>The</strong> Dhonveli<br />
Restaurant is the ma<strong>in</strong> d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g room and serves ‘all you can eat’ buffet styles meals for<br />
breakfast, lunch and d<strong>in</strong>ner.”<br />
