I am pleased to advise that a subcommittee of the Auckland University of Technology Ethics Committee (AUTEC) has approved your ethics application at their meeting on 21 April 2008, subject to the following conditions: 1. Provision of the finalised copies of the questionnaires and surveys showing the format that participants will receive; 2. Provision of appropriate consent processes.
