Mas-huni is a popular side dish made with smoked fish and coconut, served usually as<br />

an accompaniment with roshi as a traditional breakfast. When boiled local vegetables<br />

like gourds, pumpk<strong>in</strong>, smooth lo<strong>of</strong>ah (Figure 6.16) or leaves are mixed to make<br />

variations <strong>of</strong> this dish, it makes a nutritious meal.<br />
