become more successful, the Society of Sport & Event
Photographers is the only non-profit association that
focuses solely on sport and event photography. As an
increasing number of photographers get involved in this

purpose of helping you accomplish your goals by

SEPCON Registration
Registration for SEPCON, Imaging USA 2007 Convention
and EXPO, and the Commercial Photography Conference
will all be located on the Street Level, outside Hall B in the
Convention Center. Attendees of all the conferences can
register here. See Registration, page 34 for the times.
On-Site Registration: To register on-site for SEPCON,
complete the registration form available at Registration,
then proceed to the on-site registration area for processing.
Important: Your convention badge is your passport to all
Imaging USA conferences, programs, and events.
Individuals not wearing an Imaging USA 2007 convention
badge will not be allowed into Imaging USA conferences,
programs, or events, including the evening parties.
SEPCON Pre-Conference Registration
Pre-Conference registration for SEPCON will be located
on the Street Level, outside Hall B, in the Convention
Center. Registration will be open the following hours:
Saturday, January 13 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
SEPCON Programming
Refer to the daily schedules in this Show Guide for
complete information and details on all SEPCON
pre-conference programs and SEPCON sessions.
SEPCON Portfolio Critiques
SEPCON is offering FREE one-on-one portfolio/image
critiques with current and past SEPCON speakers during
SEPCON at Imaging USA. Take this opportunity to
fine-tune your sport and event images with tips and
suggestions provided by leaders in the industry.
Sign up for a critique anytime during the convention
outside the SEPCON program room on the River Level.
Critiques will be available during the following hours:
Monday, January 15 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Tuesday, January 16 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
SEPCON Speaker Office
The speaker office is located in Room 002B on the River
Level of the Convention Center. This area is where speaker
orientations will be held, and where attendees can spend
time talking with speakers.
