3. T. PULCHKA, n. sp.<br />

Body dull dark brown; crest, apex <strong>of</strong> antennoc, back <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> eyes and<br />

collar, metallic steel-blue ; sec<strong>on</strong>d and third segments metallic green<br />

at <strong>the</strong> sides. below which all <strong>the</strong> segments have a line <strong>of</strong> carmine;<br />

wings dark hrown, primaries <strong>with</strong> a quadrifid, slightly tapering, hya-<br />

line-white postmedian band or spot ; sec<strong>on</strong>daries hyaline-white nt<br />

base ; discoidnl spot and a spot below centre <strong>of</strong> median ncrvure bright<br />

metallic blue : below dark dull browti, fr<strong>on</strong>s and thorax spotted <strong>with</strong><br />

steel-blue ; primaries <strong>with</strong> a dash <strong>of</strong> metallic blue in <strong>the</strong> cell ; sec<strong>on</strong>-<br />

daries <strong>with</strong> basi-costal area and a subcostal spot bey<strong>on</strong>d <strong>the</strong> middle<br />

metallic green ; <strong>the</strong> liyaline abdominal area edged <strong>with</strong> blue ; anal<br />

angle greenish : o<strong>the</strong>rwise as above : expanse <strong>of</strong> wings 28 millims.<br />
