6. I. DETERMINATA, n. sp.<br />

Head hlack, fr<strong>on</strong>s and back <strong>of</strong> head metallic green ; antennae black ;<br />

pterygodes black ; thorax black-brown, <strong>with</strong> a central metallic-green<br />

spot <strong>on</strong> metathorax; first four segments <strong>of</strong> abdomen golden yellow,<br />

n central black spot <strong>on</strong> first segment, remaining segments black, last<br />

two segmcnts <strong>with</strong> lateral green spots ; wings hyaline-white, <strong>with</strong><br />

veins black ; primaries <strong>with</strong> costal, outer and inner margins, apex, and<br />

a spot <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> discoccllulars ra<strong>the</strong>r broadly black ; n spot at base <strong>of</strong> costa<br />

and a small diffused hasi-subcostal litura metallic green ; sec<strong>on</strong>daries<br />

<strong>with</strong> apex, outer and abdomind margins black, costal area grey-browu ;<br />

pectus black ; trochanters and fr<strong>on</strong>t <strong>of</strong> tibiae metallic green; abdomen<br />

nearly as above : expanse <strong>of</strong> wings 43 millims.<br />

This species has a larger black spot <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> discocellulars <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> primaries than any o<strong>the</strong>r known species.<br />

7. I. BTILBOSTICTA, n. sp.<br />

Head black, fr<strong>on</strong>s <strong>with</strong> two white dots; origin <strong>of</strong> antennae and a central<br />

spot <strong>on</strong> back <strong>of</strong> head white ; antennae black ; pterygodes black, thorax<br />

black, <strong>with</strong> a large central white spot <strong>on</strong> prothorax ; abdomen golden<br />

yellow, <strong>with</strong> <strong>the</strong> three terminal segments black ; wings hyaline-white,<br />

veins black ; primaries <strong>with</strong> apex and margins black, a white spot at<br />

base <strong>of</strong> costa and a white point near base <strong>of</strong> subcostal nervure ; sec<strong>on</strong>daries<br />

<strong>with</strong> apex, outer, and abdominal margin hlark, costal margin<br />

dark grey : pectus black, trochanters <strong>of</strong> fr<strong>on</strong>t pair <strong>of</strong> legs white ; abdomen<br />

88 above : expanse <strong>of</strong> wings 38 millims.<br />

Most nearly allied to I. fulviventris, but differing in its greater<br />

size and <strong>the</strong> black anal segments <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> abdomen.<br />

Genus LEUCOTMEYIS, n. gen. P1. SXVII. fig. 12.<br />

Allied to <strong>the</strong> preceding genus and to Mochloptera, agreeing <strong>with</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> latter in neurati<strong>on</strong>, but differing from both in <strong>the</strong> great<br />

size <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> head and <strong>the</strong> very str<strong>on</strong>gly pectiuated antennae.<br />

Type L. latilinea, Walker.<br />

This species is coloured much like an llipa; but its structural<br />
