-Does the PSF have any objectives regarding its relationship<br />

with the NSO?<br />

• Is the NSO important to the PSF? Why do believe so?<br />

• In what areas do the PSF and the NSO collaborate with each<br />

other?<br />

• At what organisation level does the most collaboration take<br />

place?<br />

Intent • Does the PSF see their relationship with the NSO as an<br />

opportunity to learn?<br />

-Is sharing information and knowledge reflected in any<br />

agreements between the two organisations?<br />

• Is the PSF doing all it can to learn from the NSO?<br />

• There is the proverb, give a man a fish, feed him for a day,<br />

teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime...when the<br />

PSF seeks the help of the NSO, is the PSF:<br />

-Just looking for the answer or are they looking to acquire<br />

greater comprehension of the issue?<br />

• Do staff at the PSF look towards the NSO as a source of<br />

knowledge that they can tap into?<br />
