- Only proceed to this section after ISDN Layers 1 and 2 on both ends of a circuit are verified OK.<br />

- ISDN call failures could be due to any of the following:<br />

i) Dial-on-Demand Routing (DDR) related issues.<br />

ii) ISDN Layer 1, 2, or 3 problems.<br />

iii) Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP), including authentication, Link Control Protocol (LCP), or<br />

IP Control Protocol (IPCP) related issues.<br />
