Bidder or deduct such amount from any payment falling due to the Bidder. The
details of such recovery, if any, will be intimated to the Bidder. The Bidder shall
receive the payment of undisputed amount under subsequent invoice for any
amount that has been omitted in previous invoice by mistake on the part of ASI or
the Bidder.
l. All payments to the Bidder shall be subject to deductions of tax at source under
Income Tax Act and other taxes, and deductions as provided for under any law, rule
or regulation. All costs, damages or expenses which ASI may have paid or incurred,
for which under the provisions of the Contract, the Bidder is liable, the same shall be
deducted by ASI from any dues to the Bidder. All payments to the Bidder shall be
made after making necessary deductions as per terms of the Contract and recoveries
towards facilities, if any, provided by the ASI to the Bidder on chargeable basis.
