IA shall ensure that all relevant

report. End to end loop back
mechanisms must be established
for checking the availability of
services. Non-availability of even
one of the agreed services would
amount to no service available
for the purpose of this SLA and

Penalty –
Slab 1: 0.5% of EQI
Slab2: 1% of EQI
Penalty – For each of the
erroneous ticket reported to the
system, the penalty shall be ten
times of the ticket price. System
should be able to record such
instances
Slab1: Application availability -
99.00 % to 99.982%
Slab 2: Application availability –
99% to 97.00%
Slab 3: Application availability
below 97.00%
Penalty – Slab 1: 1% of the EQI
Slab 2: 5% of the EQI
