RFP <strong>for</strong> e-<strong>Ticketing</strong> <strong>Project</strong> Volume-III<br />

REPORTING: The Implementation Agency will provide monthly reports to ASI regarding any specific<br />

aspects of the <strong>Project</strong> and in context of the audit and access in<strong>for</strong>mation as required by ASI.<br />

8.6. Action And Review<br />

a. Any change or amendment to the systems and procedures of the Implementation<br />

Agency, or sub-contractors, where applicable, arising from the audit report shall be<br />

agreed within thirty (30) calendar days from the submission of the said report.<br />

b. Any discrepancies identified by any audit pursuant to this Schedule shall be<br />

immediately notified to ASI or the appropriate <strong>Project</strong> Manager and the<br />

Implementation Agency <strong>Project</strong> Manager who shall determine what action should<br />

be taken in respect of such discrepancies in accordance with the terms of the MSA.<br />

8.7. Terms Of Payment For Cost Of Audit<br />

ASI and the Implementation Agency and its sub-contractors, if any, shall bear their own<br />

costs of any audits and inspections. The terms of payment are inclusive of any costs of the<br />

Implementation Agency and the sub-contractor, <strong>for</strong> all reasonable assistance and<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation provided under the MSA, the <strong>Project</strong> Implementation, Operation and<br />

Management SLA by the Implementation Agency pursuant to this Schedule.<br />

8.8. Records And In<strong>for</strong>mation<br />

For the purposes of audit in accordance with this Schedule, the Implementation Agency<br />

shall maintain true and accurate records in connection with the provision of the services<br />

and the Implementation Agency shall handover all the relevant records and documents<br />

upon the termination or expiry of the MSA.<br />
