RFP <strong>for</strong> e-<strong>Ticketing</strong> <strong>Project</strong> Volume-III<br />
should be as per the per<strong>for</strong>mance requirements and will be the determining<br />
factor but not the specifications of the infrastructure alone.<br />
5.2.3. Period Of Agreement<br />
The Term of the permission/ license under the MSA shall be <strong>for</strong> a period of 6 years<br />
from the date of signing of the Agreement that shall include 1 year of<br />
implementation phase and 5 years of Operations & Maintenance phase. However,<br />
ASI may choose to extend the Term <strong>for</strong> a maximum period of two years in mutual<br />
consultations with the IA with all the terms and conditions of original Agreement. A<br />
fresh tender shall be called at the end of the Term/ extended term. The bid process<br />
<strong>for</strong> the second term shall commence one year be<strong>for</strong>e the expiry of the Term /<br />
extended term.<br />
5.2.4. Commencement And Duration Of This Agreement<br />
This Agreement shall come into effect on fulfillment of the conditions precedent<br />
specified in section 1.4.1 and certified as such by ASI (hereinafter called the<br />

extension of Agreement term if so shall be decided by ASI .<br />
5.2.5. Scope And Provision Of The Services<br />
a. The provision of Services to the Stakeholders with certainty and speed is the<br />
essence of the Agreement between the Parties.<br />
b. The Implementation Agency represents that it is a competent and efficient<br />
provider of a variety of in<strong>for</strong>mation technology and business process<br />
management services. Implementation Agency will keep abreast of the relevant<br />
technical, managerial and operational requirements applicable to the provision<br />
of the Services and best practices in this area and will share their knowledge<br />
with ASI, regarding matters which would assist ASI in its use of the Services,<br />
provided that Implementation Agency shall not be obligated to share other<br />
client in<strong>for</strong>mation or Confidential In<strong>for</strong>mation of Implementation Agency not<br />
relevant to this Agreement.<br />
c. The Services shall be per<strong>for</strong>med by the Implementation Agency pursuant to<br />
terms under the SLA to be entered into in accordance with this Agreement.<br />
d. The Implementation Agency shall per<strong>for</strong>m the Services (a) in a good<br />
professional manner commensurate with professional industry and technical<br />
standards which are generally in effect <strong>for</strong> international projects and<br />
innovations pursuant thereon similar to those contemplated by this Agreement,<br />
