xv. Any other details that ASI would require to assess the ef<strong>for</strong>t estimated provided by the<br />

Implementation Agency.<br />

a. Prior to submission of the completed CCN to ASI or its nominated agencies, the<br />

Implementation Agency will undertake its own internal review of the proposal and obtain<br />

all necessary internal approvals. As a part of this internal review process, the<br />

Implementation Agency shall consider the materiality of the proposed change in the context<br />

of the MSA, the <strong>Project</strong> Implementation, Operation and Management SLA affected by the<br />

change and the total effect that may arise from implementation of the change.<br />

b. Materiality criteria will be established by ASI and the Implementation Agency's <strong>Project</strong><br />

Manager. Changes requiring no escalation of authority can be implemented. Discussion and<br />

agreement as to materiality will be held in accordance with the Governance Schedule<br />

(Schedule IV of this Agreement).<br />

6.4. Costs<br />

Each Party shall be responsible <strong>for</strong> its own costs incurred in the quotation, preparation of<br />

CCNs and in the completion of its obligations described in this process provided the<br />

Implementation Agency meets the obligations as set in the CCN. In the event the<br />

Implementation Agency is unable to meet the obligations as defined in the CCN then the<br />

cost of getting it done by third party will be borne by the Implementation Agency.<br />

6.5. Reporting<br />

Change requests and CCNs will be reported monthly to each Party's <strong>Project</strong> Managers who<br />

will prioritize and review progress.<br />

6.6. Obligations<br />

The Implementation Agency shall be obliged to implement any proposed changes once<br />

approval in accordance with above provisions has been given, with effect from the date<br />

agreed <strong>for</strong> implementation and within an agreed timeframe.<br />
