System Data Item Descriptions
Note: This System Data item is valid for an OS 2200 LINC System only.
Use this read-only System Data item in conjunction with Interdatabase access and with
Global Logics. It contains the name of the application group in which your LINC System is
running.

Note: This System Data item is valid for OS 2200 environments only.
Use this read-only System Data item in conjunction with Interdatabase access and with
Global Logics. It contains the number of the application in which your LINC System is
running. This value is passed to HUB when an incorrect Environment is registered.

Note: This System Data item is valid only for MCP based and UNIX hosts.
MCP environment
GLB.ASCPRT contains the name of the printer associated with a terminal that is specified
in the LINC Network Configuration System with the ASSOC.PRINTER option, and stored
in the LINC/NET file. Its value may be read but not updated in logic. If output is sent to a
device type of TP and GLB.STN is not specified, then GLB.ASCPRT (if specified) will be
used as the output printer.
The default value is NILNILNILNILNILNI.

UNIX
GLB.ASCPRT contains the name of the alias associated with a usercode that is specified in
the LINCIINET file. This name is moved to the print destination GLB.STN when the output
report type is TP.
