This problem happens when a subreport is within a conditionally suppressed section.
This problem happens only with reports created in Crystal Reports version 8.5.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
To solve the problem, logic has been added to identify a version 8.5 report instance to let the PageServer handle the report
appropriately.
