The Report Application Server (RAS) service freezes periodically and issues a Windows Sockets API error in an unmanaged<br />
environment.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
This problem is resolved.<br />
The cause of the problem was that connections were initiated but failed to send data.<br />
The thread that listens for and dispatches connections will timeout after 30 seconds when a connection initiates and does not send<br />
data. The previous timeout was infinity.<br />

Description:<br />
When a report that is based on a Native XML driver contains HTTP parameters, and is viewed in Crystal Enterprise 10, the PageServer<br />
displays an error in the Event Viewer. The error message reads "Information is needed before this report can be processed." This<br />
problem happens even though the report can be successfully viewed.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
To resolve this problem, the PageServer no longer displays the error message.<br />
