Description:<br />
Multiple select statements may be generated when users create a temporary table in a temporary database, and then use the table as<br />
the data source for a report.<br />
This problem occurs when a report has two or more tables, and one of them is set to use a temporary table with the<br />
LogonServerWithPrivateInfo method in a custom application. The LogonServerWithPrivateInfo method fails to consider temporary<br />
databases.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
This problem is resolved.<br />
The fix the problem, the LogonServerWithPrivateInfo method generates a single select statement, which handles temporary tables as<br />
permanent tables.<br />
Known Limitations:<br />
The "Perform Query Asynchronously" property must be disabled in the report designer to use temporary tables and<br />
LogonServerWithPrivateInfo together.<br />
Offline Viewer<br />

Description:<br />
If the Crystal Enterprise 10 Offline Viewer is installed over a previous version of the Offline Viewer, the installer generates an Error<br />
1334 message - "the file ... cannot be installed..."<br />
The problem is that the installer requires that all previous versions of the Offline Viewer be removed before a new version can be<br />
installed.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
If a previous version is detected, the Crystal Enterprise 10 Offline Viewer installer displays the message "Another version of this<br />
product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product,<br />
use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel". After the user clicks OK, the installer closes.<br />

Description:<br />
When a newer version of Crystal Reports is installed over an older version, users are unable to export from the Crystal Offline Viewer.<br />
Older export dlls are loaded ahead of the Offline Viewer's export and UFL dlls, which are located in the \winnt\system32 directory.<br />
The problem is caused when the Offline View is installed. The installer places the exporting and UFL dlls in the wrong directory.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
The Offline Viewer installer now installs exporting and UFL dlls in the version specific directory:<br />
\program files\common files\Crystal Decisions\..\bin.<br />
Known Limitations:<br />
Before users run the patched Offline Viewer install, they must first UNINSTALL any Offline Viewer versions that are installed on the<br />
client machine and any currently unpatched versions of the Offline Viewer.
