Path Mapping
ADAPT00381314 Patch ID: 37032452
Description:
A non-existent page, such as "http://server/crystal/enterprise/ePortfolio/en/nonexistent.csp" causes an error to appear ("404: page
not found") that shows the full path to the server.
New Behavior:
The error message displays the "404" error message without revealing the full path to the server.
PeopleSoft Drivers
ADAPT00352885 Patch ID: 36679648
Description:
The password decryption code cannot handle a password size greater than 127 characters.
The limitation is caused by the use of byte, rather than short, as the data type that handles length calculation.
New Behavior:
Passwords with more than 127 characters are accepted.
Platform .NET SDK
ADAPT00301165 Patch ID: 36638002
Description:
The Report Application Server fails to communicate through the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
New Behavior:
Three registry keys must be added to fix the problem:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Crystal Decisions\10.0\CER\BindToIP = . Users must double click on the
VPN network connection, and then search for "Client IP Address" under the Details section.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Crystal Decisions\10.0\CER\RequestPortLower = . This is the lowest port
number in a range the RAS request can use that the VPN allows to pass through.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Crystal Decisions\10.0\CER\RequestPortUpper = . This is the highest port
number in a range that the RAS request can use, which the VPN allows to pass through.
The range of ports from RequestPortLower to RequestPortUpper must be open through any firewalls along the requested route.
Known Limitations:
The registry keys must be added manually by users, because the keys are configured only on the client side.
ADAPT00318470 Patch ID: 36663854
Description:
When users export a report that contains a subreport to .rpt format from a Crystal Reports 10 .NET application, the subreport requires
a connection to its data source.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
