Object import
ADAPT00285995 Patch ID: 36219160
Description:
When the Import Wizard is used to migrate reports from Seagate Info 7.5 to Crystal Enterprise 10, reports fail to be maintained by
Crystal Enterprise when they are based on Info Views. Because the reports are stored in a flat folder, the relevant folder structure and
scheduling information is lost.
Crystal Enterprise checks that a report is based on an Info View, and then removes any Info View hierarchies that it finds.
New Behavior:
The check that is performed to determine whether a report is based on an Info View has been removed.
ADAPT00298376 Patch ID: 36428746
Description:
The Crystal Configuration Manager (CCM) sometimes terminates unexpectedly when the "Update Objects" button is clicked. This
problem occurs after migrating from Crystal Enterprise 8.5 to Crystal Enterprise 9.0 or higher.
The problem has been traced to memory leaks in the "Update Objects" operation.
New Behavior:
Memory leaks have been fixed to allow "Update Objects" operate successfully.
Known Limitations:
This problem happens only with reports that have many subreports, which consume memory. Another part of the problem is that
Crystal Enterprise licenses fail to be released correctly; this patch fixes that part of the problem.
ADAPT00298694 Patch ID: 36430212
Description:
When the Crystal Import Wizard in Crystal Enterprise 10.0 is used, properties of the report object are removed, such as "Export Page
Header and Page Footer" when scheduling to Microsoft Excel format.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
ADAPT00301320 Patch ID: 36283756
Description:
The Crystal Import Wizard fails to import .xls, .rtf, .doc, .txt and .pdf recurring scheduled objects, from Seagate Info 7.5 to Crystal
Enterprise 10.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
