Description:<br />
When users download and install the ActiveX Viewer in an environment that uses the iPlanet Web Server and IBM Websphere<br />
Application Server, the ActiveX Viewer fails.<br />
The cause of the problem is that the IBM HTTP Connector for iPlanet mishandles the request due to an invalid value that is set for the<br />
length for the response header. The value is -1 instead of the number of bytes of the activexveiwer.cab file. Although web browsers and<br />
some HTTP Connectors ignore this value, the IBM HTTP Connector for iPlanet enforces the proper length requirement and does not<br />
permit the file to be passed to the browser.<br />
New Behavior:<br />
This problem is resolved.<br />
To solve the problem, no value is defined for the length of the response header's content.<br />

The ActiveX viewer would not work properly after the latest Crystal Enterprise 10 Weekly Hotfix for AIX or the Crystal Enterprise 10<br />
Monthly Hot Fix for AIX from July 2005 is applied. The ActiveX viewer crashes when a complex report is viewed, and it exports<br />
corrupt PDF documents.<br />
The cause of the problem is that the patch installer fails to install cewcanative.jar in the correct location for the Tomcat shared library.<br />
