Quite often it is difficult to distinguish batween payments to a mail order firm
direct and paymants to a mail order agent. If an informant dea1s direct with the
firm and recei=s no commission, it ia a direct mail order transaction. An example
of this type of arrangement ia where a book i.e bought from the Automobile
Association on rmnthly payments.

house.

are beught at reduced prices. These are not credit arrangements.
