refunded, it is to be expected that similar expenditure shown in D record will also
ba refunded and should be entered on page 40 of record keoks.
If a fixed or mileage allowance for vehicle has hen received, then page 40 of
racord book should contain details of refunded expenditure on petrOl etc. which
will be refunded via the allowance paid.
