The Company is engaged mainly in only one reportable segment viz., ”Construction and Engineering” including the business transferred from the erstwhile ATSL on amalgamation with the company with all its manufacturing operations which are integral to its transmission tower business and the business of manufacturing and installation of power generation equipments viz turbines and boilers etc. Additionally the company has revenue from Windmills which is not significant and accounts for less than 10% of the total revenue and total assets of the Company. The company although operates on a worldwide basis across the globe, they operate in two principal geographical areas of the world from 2008-09, in India and the other countries.
