• Home stays with Palestinian host families<br />
• Passing through checkpoints together<br />
• Witnessing the various EJ YMCA and YWCA of Palestine programs in action and during<br />
activities in Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jericho, and Jerusalem.<br />
• Building coalitions of YMCA-YWCA committed youth leaders and set advocacy plans<br />
together.<br />
Daily schedule - reports - reflection and pictures:<br />
• 23th July 2010: Arrival.<br />
• Day one - 24th July 2010: Icebreaking, introduction, YMCA-YWCA-JAI presentation,<br />
fields and farmers' visits, refugee camp tour.<br />
• Day two - 25th July 2010: Hebron day: TIPH meeting and presentation, old city tour,<br />
glass factor visit.<br />
• Day three - 26th July 2010: Jericho day: historic and biblical sites tour, visitpresentation-lunch<br />
at YWCA center, swim in the Dead Sea.<br />
• Day four - 27th July 2010: Joining OPGAI youth working camp, attending house<br />
rebuilding key handing ceremony in Al-Khader.<br />
• Day five - 28th July 2010: Visit university and chat with students, meet YWCA GS in<br />
Jerusalem, session with Israeli refusals group, meeting Israeli settler, Bethlehem old city<br />
and Church of Nativity, movie screening.<br />
• Day six - 29th July: crossing checkpoint, the Holy Sepluchre and Aqsa Mosque and<br />
Jerusalem old city tour, meeting the YMCA GS and briefing about YMCA program in<br />
Jerusalem, ICAHD tour.<br />
• Day seven - 30th July: Meeting with Badil, meeting and touring withing Ma'an news<br />
agency, devotion at the YMCA Shepherds Grotto.<br />
• Day eight - 31st July: Ramallah day: meeting Fatah leader, visit Mahmoud Darwish and<br />
Arafat' graves, evaluation, future planning and cultural evening, farewell.<br />
• 1st of August 2010: Departure.<br />
