Miss Anne Louise Bruninga became the bride of Ellison Capers Palm er
Magruder Apr il 20, 1954. The wedding took place in St. Stephen's Church at
Cocoanut Grove, with a Nuptial Mass celebrated by the Rev. William O. Hanner,
Rector, the bride's fath er, Rev. William J . Brunin ga, assisting. Mr. Magrud er is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph H emingway Magrud er, Sr., of Cocoanut Grove,
Miami, F lorida.
Mr . Magruder, who is now serving in the United States Navy, is the greatgrandson
of the Seventh Bishop of South Car olina, the late Rt. Rev. Ellison
Capers. He is a member of the Clan as well as his parents and several other
members of the family.
