The Board of Directors’ meeting (No.1/2009) held on February 27, 2009 passed a resolution appointing Mr. Chor.nun Petpaisit, an independent and non-executive director, an Audit Committee member, replacing Dr. Areepong. Mr. Chor.nun’s appointment was effective from February 27, 2009 and his term will be due on November 15, 2011. Mr. Chor.nun Petpaisit has sound knowledge and vast experience in verifying the Company’s financial statements. Details of his educational background and working experience, especially in the verification of financial statements, are revealed in the history of the Board directors. ** The Remuneration and Nomination Committee was appointed by the Board’s resolution on August 14, 2007, and effective from August 18, 2007, for a three-year term.
