SPECIAL
Three ghost rides
appeared in Rouen
Toboggan, simulator,
and dodgem track
The Walkthrough construction
and Funhouse sectors
were represented by the
“One Man Show 2”, “Palais
du Rire”, and the “Palais du
Pirate”, along with the two
glass labyrinths “Incas”
and “Crazy Space”, as well
as the three Ghost Rides
“Psychos” and “Ghost
Train” (both featuring liveactors),
and the classic
“Train Fantóme”. The latter
offered family-friendly,
creepy entertainment
rather than seriously shocking
horror effects. The
“Breakdance” from Michel
is one of the long-running
hits among the round rides at Rouen, where it traditionally
offers a new colour scheme, decoration and
lighting every year. Further regular guests are the
“Top Spin Fresh”, the still very popular “Bayernkurve”,
the “Crazy Dance 2” and the “Insider” Shake – the
latter negatively noticeable due to its very pallid backflash.
Ride attractions for the whole family were the
“Happy Sailor”, the “Sauterelle” Saltamontes, as well
as the “Sweety” Matterhorn, which surely numbers
among the best rides in France in every regard,
boasting the finest visual appearance, operation,
lighting and pure 'showiness'!
