■ Allgäu Skyline Park: The Zierer major ride “Bling“
from Blackpool Pleasure Beach will be re- erected
here and named “Sky Jet“.
■ Europa Park: “Wotan – The Timber Coaster" is a
wooden coaster from Great Coasters, 35 m high,
1.050 m long, with a 100 km/h speed. Additionally
Europa-Park opens its fifth hotel.
■ Freizeitland Geiselwind: The leased Wild Mouse for
the 2011 season from showman Kinzler will be replaced
by another leased mouse from Münch (manufacturer:
Maurer), and will remain there until the end
of July.
■ Galaxy Erding: New South-Seas lagoon, and further
slides, hotel, and wave pool.
■ Hansa-Park: Opening of the 5th building phase of
theme world “Hanse in Europa“..
■ Heide Park: Last year’s Dive Coaster "Krake" from
B&M will finally receive a theming that it deserves.
■ Holiday Park: In 2012 a new entrance with a direct
connection to the visitor parking area with an entrance
gate, sculptures, a stream, bridge constructions
and reception buildings. A wide Main Street with
souvenir shops will lead to the central “Platz der
Fontänen” at the “Anubis Free Fall Tower”. In the new
3,000 m? sized theme area “Majaland” (earlier entrance
area), there will be 12 attractions such as the
“Majas Tulpen-Splash” or the speedily rotating
“Schaukelbaum”, and a restaurant and event buildings
in the form of a hollowed out tree trunk, which
makes the illusion of the Maya’s series world perfect.
The already existing attractions at the kiddie land will
also be integrated into the “Majaland” concept.
■ Inselsberg-Funpark: The prototype of a Wie-Flyer
from Wiegand will make its worldwide debut in 2012.
■ Legoland Deutschland: “Ninjago" is a “Sky Fly”
from Gerstlauer; additionally the virtual waiting line
system Lo-Q will be introduced.
■ Miramar: New sliding towers including the
“AquaRacer“, a 170 m long tube slide that promises
an exciting and varied slide through narrow
windings and cross section pipe changes, as well
as a speedy pace over long straight sections.
Additionally there will also be the novelty “Evolution”,
a tunnelled slide with funnel and boomerang.
The third slide in the league is the 177 m
long and 17 m high “AquaDoubleLoop”.
■ Serengeti Park: "Savannah", a Loop Fighter from
Technical Park.
■ Therme Erding: The slide world “Galaxy” will
receive eight new slides
from ProSlide, a large
number of which will be
equipped with LEDs.
■ Wild- und Freizeitpark
Klotten: The “Rittersturz“
is a water attraction from
abc rides, interaction
with the coaster from
Gerstlauer, and designed
as a castle complex,
56° drop incline,
vertical lift, 24 m high,
120 m drop, 240 m total
length.
