E-<strong>pumps</strong> with single-phase<br />

MLE motors<br />

<strong>Grundfos</strong> single phase MLE motors offer these<br />

features:<br />

• Single-phase power supply connection.<br />

• Single-phase, asynchronous squirrel-cage induction<br />

motors designed to current IEC, DIN and VDE<br />

guidelines and standards. The motors incorporate<br />

a variable frequency drive and PI controller.<br />

• Used for continuously variable speed control of<br />

<strong>Grundfos</strong> E-<strong>pumps</strong>.<br />

• Available in power sizes 0.33 to 1.0 Hp, 4-pole, and<br />

0.5 to 1.5 Hp, 2-pole.<br />

Setpoint signals<br />

• Potentiometer<br />

0-10 VDC, 10 kΩ (via internal voltage supply).<br />

Screened cable: 0.5 - 1.5 mm 2 / 28-16 AWG.<br />

Maximum cable length: 328 ft (100 m).<br />

• Voltage signal<br />

0-10 VDC, R i 50 kΩ.<br />

Tolerance: + 0 %/- 3 % at maximum voltage signal.<br />

Screened cable: 0.5 - 1.5 mm 2 / 28-16 AWG.<br />

Maximum cable length: 1640 ft (500 m).<br />

DC 0-20 mA/4-20 mA, R i = 175 Ω.<br />
