55 BURNER INJECTOR REPLACEMENT<br />
SERVICING<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Dis<strong>co</strong>nnect the electrical leads from the fan.<br />
3. Undo the gas pipe union <strong>co</strong>nnection to the injector<br />
housing.<br />
4. Remove the screw retaining the fan mounting<br />
bracket.<br />
5. Remove the fan and venturi assembly<br />
6. Remove the 2 injector housing screws.<br />
7. Withdraw the injector housing.<br />
8. Fit the new injector housing <strong>co</strong>mplete with injector.<br />
9. Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring that the new<br />
gas seal supplied is located <strong>co</strong>rrectly in the injector<br />
housing.<br />
10. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.<br />

56 BURNER REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Remove the fan assembly. Refer to Frame 47.<br />
3. Remove the 6 screws securing the burner (the 3<br />
screws at the rear are extended to ease<br />
access).<br />

4. Lift off the burner from the <strong>co</strong>mbustion chamber.<br />
5. Fit the new burner, replacing any damaged or<br />
deteriorating sealing gasket.<br />

6. Reassemble in reverse order.<br />
7. Check the operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame<br />
52.<br />

Take care not to disturb the ionisation<br />
probes at the front and rear of the<br />
<strong>co</strong>mbustion chamber.<br />
