SERVICING<br />
59 FLAME DETECTION ELECTRODE REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Unplug the flame detection lead from the electrode.<br />
3. Remove the 2 screws holding the flame detection<br />
electrode to the <strong>co</strong>mbustion chamber.<br />
4. Remove the electrode.<br />
5. Fit the new flame detection electrode, using the new<br />
gasket supplied. Check dimensions as shown.<br />
6. Reassemble in reverse order, and check that no damage<br />
to the <strong>co</strong>mbustion chamber insulation has occurred<br />
during the electrode replacement.<br />
7. Check the operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.<br />

60 SPARK GENERATOR REPLACEMENT<br />
SERVICING<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Dis<strong>co</strong>nnect the leads from the spark<br />
generator and bracket.<br />
3. Remove the M5 screw securing the spark<br />
generator bracket to the flue casting.<br />
4. Remove the 2 M4 screws securing the<br />
spark generator to the bracket.<br />
5. Fit the new spark generator and reassemble<br />
in reverse order.<br />
6. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to<br />
Frame 52.<br />
