61 GAS CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT<br />
SERVICING<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box down into the servicing position.<br />
Refer to Frame 46.<br />
3. Unplug the electrical lead <strong>co</strong>nnection from the gas<br />
<strong>co</strong>ntrol valve and dis<strong>co</strong>nnect the earth wire.<br />
4. Undo the gas inlet pipe union at the gas service <strong>co</strong>ck.<br />
5. Undo the union nut on the outlet of the gas <strong>co</strong>ntrol valve.<br />
6. Remove the back nut retaining the valve to the bottom<br />
panel and withdraw the valve upwards.<br />
7. Fit the new gas <strong>co</strong>ntrol valve.<br />
8. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.<br />

62 DIVERTER VALVE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box down into the<br />
servicing position. Refer to Frame 46.<br />
3. Remove the electrical <strong>co</strong>nnection.<br />
4. Using a suitable tool pull out the retaining<br />
clip and lift the diverter head from the<br />
brass body.<br />
5. Fit new actuator head and reassemble in<br />
reverse order.<br />
6. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to<br />
Frame 52.<br />
