74 DHW FLOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT<br />
SERVICING<br />
1. Refer to frame 52.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box down into the servicing<br />
position. Refer to Frame 46.<br />
3. Unplug the electrical <strong>co</strong>nnection.<br />
4. Carefully pull the switch upwards to<br />
disengage.<br />
5. Fit the new switch and replace the electrical<br />
plug <strong>co</strong>nnection.<br />
6. Re-assemble in reverse order<br />
7. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to<br />
Frame 52.<br />

SERVICING<br />
75 DHW FILTER REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to frame 52.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box down into the<br />
servicing position. Refer to Frame 46.<br />
3. Drain the boiler. Refer to Frame 72.<br />
4. Remove the DHW flow switch. Refer to<br />
Frame 74.<br />
5. Unscrew the DHW filter housing from the<br />
main brass body.<br />
6. Remove and fit new filter.<br />
7. Re-assemble in reverse order.<br />
8. Refill the boiler. Refer to Frame 32.<br />
9. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to<br />
Frame 52.<br />
