SERVICING<br />
64 CONDENSATE TRAP/SIPHON REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box down into the servicing position.<br />
Refer to Frame 46.<br />
3. Pull off the rubber top pipe.<br />
4. Undo the siphon plastic union <strong>co</strong>nnection.<br />
5. Remove the backnut retaining the siphon to the bottom<br />
panel.<br />
6. Fit the new siphon in reverse order ensuring the siphon<br />
is full of water.<br />
7. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.<br />

SERVICING<br />
65 DHW T<strong>HE</strong>RMISTOR REPLACEMENT<br />
1. Refer to Frames 52 & 72 for draining the appliance.<br />
2. Swing the <strong>co</strong>ntrol box into the servicing position. Refer<br />
to Frame 46.<br />
3. Drain the DHW circuit. Refer to Frame 72.<br />
4. Unscrew the knurled retaining nut.<br />
5. Dis<strong>co</strong>nnect the in line electrical <strong>co</strong>nnection and<br />
withdraw the thermistor.<br />
6. Reassemble in reverse order.<br />
7. Check operation of the boiler. Refer to Frame 52.<br />
