Complete works
The collective uniform title "Works" is used frequently enough to make it
advisable to use additions for the purposes of making these collective titles distinct,
of insuring that translations file after editions in the original language, and of
distinguishing between two or more editions published in the same year. To achieve these
objectives, apply the following when using "Works":
1) When an item is first cataloged, add the date of publication of the
first part at the end of the uniform title. If information about the first part is not
