Programme of Barclays Bank PLC (the "Programme") and are to be read in conjunction with the
Terms and Conditions of the [Notes] [Certificates] (the "Terms and Conditions") set forth in the Base
Prospectus relating to the Programme dated 29th June, 2006. Capitalised Terms not otherwise defined
herein shall have the meanings specified in the Terms and Conditions. 2 ]

und ist in Verbindung mit den Emissionsbedingungen der [Schuldverschreibungen] [Zertifikate] (die
"Emissionsbedingungen") zu lesen, die in der Fassung vom 29. Juni 2006 des Basisprospekts über das
Programm enthalten sind. Begriffe, die in den Emissionsbedingungen definiert sind, haben, falls das
Konditionenblatt nicht etwas anderes bestimmt, die gleiche Bedeutung, wenn sie in diesem
Konditionenblatt verwendet werden. 2 ]
[The Final Terms are issued to give details of an issue under the Euro 5,000,000,000 German Note
Programme of Barclays Bank PLC (the "Programme") and are to be read in conjunction with the Base
Prospectus dated 29th June, 2006. The terms and conditions applicable to the [Notes] [Certificates] (the
"Conditions") and the English language translation thereof, if any, are attached to these Final Terms.
They replace in full the Terms and Conditions of the [Notes] [Certificates] as set out in the Base
Prospectus and take precedence over any conflicting provisions of these Final Terms. 3 ]
[Dieses Konditionenblatt enthält Angaben zur Begebung von [Schuldverschreibungen] [Zertifikaten]
unter dem Euro 5.000.000.000 German Note Programme der Barclays Bank PLC (das "Programm")
und ist in Verbindung mit dem Basisprospekt vom 29. Juni 2006 zu lesen. Die für die
[Schuldverschreibungen] [Zertifikate] geltenden Emissionsbedingungen (die „Bedingungen") sowie
eine etwaige englischsprachige Übersetzung sind diesem Konditionenblatt beigefügt. Die Bedingungen
ersetzen in Gänze die im Basisprospekt abgedruckten Emissionsbedingungen und gehen etwaigen
abweichenden Bestimmungen dieses Konditionenblattes vor. 3 ]
