Unit Summary<br />

Communicate effectively, accept responsibility for your own work <strong>and</strong> its delivery, improve own<br />

You will:<br />

Communicate Information<br />

1 Actively focus on <strong>in</strong>formation that other people are communicat<strong>in</strong>g, question<strong>in</strong>g any<br />

po<strong>in</strong>ts you are unsure about.<br />

2 Provide accurate, clear <strong>and</strong> structured <strong>in</strong>formation to different audiences.<br />

3 Make useful contributions to discussions, develop<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>ts <strong>and</strong> ideas.<br />

4 Give others the opportunity to contribute their ideas <strong>and</strong> op<strong>in</strong>ions <strong>and</strong> take these <strong>in</strong>to<br />
