A new heavy duty broiler-griddle which
is said to broil and grill in the same space
at the same time on the same fuel and offer
big fuel savings is being introduced by
Cecilware-Commodore Products Corp. It
is available in two sizes and features infrared
broiling, an extra heavy griddle plate,
powerful gas burners and a balanced lifting
device. Construction is stainless steel.
