(2) Notice of ETA: Vessels should advise ETA via e-mail or fax to the terminal on commencement of voyage from previous port. ETA updates should also be sent 96h, 72h, 48h, 24h and 4h before arrival confi rming the fi rm ETA. Further ETA updates should be made when within VHF range. (3) An immediate ETA should be sent if the vessel’s ETA varies by more than 6h from the original ETA. (4) An immediate ETA should be sent if the vessel’s ETA varies by more than 1h following transmission of the 24h ETA. (5) Vessels should notify the terminal of any signifi cant changes in ETA, or in the availability of the vessel to commence loading upon arrival, where there is any potential for negative impact on the timing of terminal operations.
