period of 15 working
days.

appraise the validity of
the proposed NM.
Project participants may
submit additional technical
information to the
Meth Panel.
Secretariat, on behalf of
Meth Panel, may request
additional technical information
from the project
participants.
Project participants may
submit clarifications to
the Meth Panel.
Secretariat, on behalf of
MethPanel, forwards its
preliminary recommendation
to project participants.
Prepares preliminary
recommendation regarding
the approval of the proposed
NM to the EB.
If project participants do
not provide any clarification
or the preliminary
recommendation is in
favour of approving the
proposed NM, it is considered
as the final
recommendation.
In case project participants
provide clarifications, the
Meth Panel considers
them at its next meeting
and prepares the final
recommendation.
The final recommendation
is forwarded to the EB and
made publicly available.

the receipt of the final recommendation from the Meth
Panel.
