Message from Managing Director
Year 2007 proved to be a challenging year for the Company when compared with other previous years
However, our performance was at reasonably level considering the industry and economic situations as
various external factors, particularly a subside of Thai economy and automobile industry as well as lower
consumer consumption, have adversely affected the operation and expansion of all businesses.
Such external factors have caused the Company’s sale to decrease from Baht 2,742 million to Baht 2,345
million, or Baht 397 million decreases. However, with the managements’ and employees’ endeavor with hard
work, the Company’s revenue from customer services has increased 21% from year 2006. Furthermore, an
improvement of work efficiency in order to control cost and expense has given a favorable result of Baht 62
million of net profit
The Company was able to pass through all of the obstacles and hard times in 2007 because of hard work of
the managements’ and employees’ endeavor. Also, the management always keeps tracking with trends and
has a continuously adapt marketing strategy to suit the current market situation such as launching a new car
model, a new business line which offers customers premium used automobiles at a reasonable price under
the new project named the “S.E.C. OK.”, as well as new service on installation of natural gas vehicle (NGV) for
the existing gasoline-powered vehicles appliances.
Though the performance for year 2007 proved to be not as prominent as previous years, I believe that
dedication of the management team and employees to the Company are not lower. Therefore, I as the
management of the Company would like to thank all of management and employees for dedicating and
overcoming obstacles in the year 2007, and expect that with the great collaboration and dedication of every
party will bring the Company towards our successful and steadily achievement in the years to come.
