Company History
S.E.C. Group has established for 15 years by vision of 3 co-founders, Mr. Sompong Witthayaraksan, Mr.
Paiboon Suksuthamwong, and Mr. Somchai Sriphayak. The main objective is to engage in the imported car
business. From the vision of the management and dedication of employees, the Company has grown
continuously and successfully and became the leading car importer in Thailand. With the continuous business
expansion, S.E.C. Group has expanded from one company to be altogether 13 companies in the group. From
management perspective to sustain business growth, in 2004, the Company has restructured its group
structure with an aim to increase business efficiency. With the new business structure, one company is now
responsible for operation of one branch.
As a result of the restructuring, the Company has streamlined 13 companies into 4 companies and MPV Cars
Co., Ltd. has become the parent company in the S.E.C. Group with Baht 300,000,000 registered capital and
owned 99.99% of paid up capital in 3 subsidiaries which are Bang-na S.E.C Group Co., Ltd. (paid up capital
of Baht 20,000,000), S.E.C. Exclusive Car Co., Ltd. (paid up capital of Baht 5,000,000), and New Petchburi
S.E.C. Group Co., Ltd. (paid up capital of Baht 30,000,000).
In November 2005, MPV Cars Co., Ltd. was converted from a company limited to a public company limited,
changed its name to S.E.C. Auto Sales and Services Plc., changed the par value from Baht 100 to Baht 1 per
share, and increased its registered capital Baht 400 million. During May 9-11, 2006, the Company launched
an Initial Public Offering of its 100 million newly issued shares. Shares of S.E.C. Auto Sales and Services Plc.
has commenced its trading in the SET under the symbol of “SECC” since May 18, 2006.
Significant developments of the Company and subsidiaries since the listing date are as follow:

January 2006
: - The Company was converted from a company limited to a public company limited
on November 1, 2005
: - Appointed S.E.C. Group Khonkaen Co., Ltd. as the dealer to sell cars and provide
after sales services to customers in Khonkaen province and nearby area.
May 2006 : - Initial Public Offering of the Company’s newly issued shares and first traded on the
SET
July 2006 : - Appointed Kiachokedee Co., Ltd. as the services center to provide after sales
services to customers in Petchburi province and nearby area.
October 2006 : - Appointed Lifestyle Auto Co., Ltd. as the dealer to sell cars and provide after sales
services to customers in Phuket province and nearby area.
November 2006 : - Opened Rama 2 Branch, operated under S.E.C. Auto Sales and Services Plc.
