agreement for air-condition system, elevator, and lighting in
the office building located at 130/1 Soi Ratchdapisek Road,
Chatuchak, Bangkok which is Ratchyothin Branch showroom
and car services center for 9 years ended March 31, 2015 at
service fee of Baht 105,000 per month from April 1, 2006 to
March 31, 2007 and Baht 110,000 per month from April 1 ,
2007 to March 31,2008 or at Baht 128 – 134 per sq.m. per
month given that the service rate in the area is around Baht
160-170 per sq.m. per month.
