The Company registered such shares increment at the Ministry of Commerce on January 24, 2007.
And The Company offered warrant to shareholders 99,999,996 units with 4 shares remaining. The
company will deal with the remaining warrants as follows as the remaining warrants are the result of
calculation for allotment, thus, the remaining warrants shall not be allotted to any person, and offered
to directors and staff amount 20,000,000 units was completed.
Presently, warrants had been exercised. There are therefore of 9.59 million units, amount of
Baht 19.18 million.
In case that the Company receives approval to issue warrants to purchase ordinary shares
form the Securities Exchange Committee under the above detail, it will affect that the Company holds
diluted earning(loss)per share as follows:
