1.4 Adjusted of Previous Financial Statements
In 2007, the Company constitutes the rectification of effected result from the change
of accounting policy incurred in 2006 and 2005 from the event that the Company changed
the investment method from equity method to cost method according to note no. 1.4. As a
result, the Company has to recognize impairment of investment in subsidiaries since such
subsidiary incurred continuous loss for several year. The Company fully recorded allowance
for impairment of investment in subsidiaries and estimation of liability from the financial
support to the subsidiaries as liability equal to total liability amount higher than total asset In
addition, the Company still provides financial support to such subsidiaries.
