S.E.C. Auto Sales and Services Plc. (the “Company”) is the importer and seller of imported cars. The Company
listed its shares in the Stock Exchange of Thailand with the securities symbol of “SECC". Currently, The
Company sells the imported car and provides after-sales services through its 6 showrooms of which 3
showrooms are operated by the Company: Head office (Rama 9 Road), Thonglor Branch, and Rama 2 Branch.
The other 3 showrooms are operated by the subsidiaries: Bangna Branch, New Petchburi Branch, and
