Employee Training and Development
The Company provides employees with continuous series of training and development programs by outside
professional to assist employees to develop their knowledge and skills to be able to perform their jobs
effectively.
Monitoring of control over the use of internal data
The Company sets forth the policy on the monitoring of control on the Executives to prevent them from using
the Company’s internal data for their own uses. Management and employees with access to internal
information are prohibited to use the Company’s data just for their own uses and trade the Company’s
securities during the period of 1 month prior to the disclosure and dissemination of the Company’s Financial
Statements to the public. The Company’s Directors and/or Executives have the duties to complete the reports
on their Company’s shareholdings as well as on those of their spouses and children under legal age and
persons relating to the Directors and/or Executives impliedly in accordance with Section 258 of the Securities
and Exchange Act, B. E. 2535 (1992).
