30.2 In accordance with the consolidated and the separate financial statements as of December
31, 2007 and 2006, the Company and subsidiaries constitute obligation commitment as
monthly leased fee pursuant to the contract of lease and service by aggregate amount which
can be summarized as follows:

30.3 In accordance with the consolidated financial statements, one subsidiary constitutes
obligation commitment which has to return the financial support of instrument and
equipment remained after the purchase order pursuant to the contract plus interest in the rate
of 15% per annum from overdue amount counted from the date the money receipt until the
repayment is completed to one company which distributes lubricating oil if the Company
does not comply with the term in accordance with the contract of equipment and instrument
support pursuant to note no.21
